RUSH (2 Business days): $0.04/WORD

EXPEDITE (1 BUSINESS DAY): $0.06/WORD

SAME DAY: $0.10/WORD

AUDIO Regular (3+ Business Days): $1.20/PAGE

AUDIO RUSH (2 Business Days): $1.50/PAGE

AUDIO EXPEDITE (1 BUSINESS DAY): $1.80/PAGE

AUDIO SAME DAY: $2.40/PAGE

Audio Minutes & Extras

Minutes will be rounded up to the nearest minute.

Poor audio (background noise, lots of mumbling, people talking over each other, strong accents, etc.), add $0.10/page.

Billing

For regular clients, I send invoices for the previous month on the last day of the month, and payment is expected within 14 days. Invoices will be sent immediately for first-time clients and payment is expected within 14 days. If payment is not received in the allotted time, a $10 late fee will be applied.

Emails received after 6pm Eastern Time may not be checked until the following morning.

We are a team, and I want to make sure you have your job exactly when you need it. To ensure this is possible, please let me know first thing the size of your job and the desired due date. Saturday and Sunday are counted as one day. National and Federal holidays are not counted in turnaround times.

For large jobs of 150+ pages and rush/expedite work, please let me know as soon as you can so I am able to check my availability and accommodate you the best I can. For larger jobs, I request that you send chunks of around 50-75 pages so that we are able to work more efficiently and get the job done effectively.

Policy

Projects that are overly messy and require more time than usual will be subject to a higher rate at my discretion. If I notice too many errors, I will quickly contact you to see if you would like me to continue at the increased rate.

I am passionate about providing excellent work, and if it is too messy with too many mistakes, that can inhibit my ability to catch every mistake, causing me to possibly miss important things. I want to be excellent in my work so that you are able to turn in work that you are proud of.
